Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Care Delivery Tele Sales Supervisor supports and develops a team of Care Delivery Tele Sales Agents. The Care Delivery Tele Sales Supervisor provides timely and effective support to assist with the acquisition of customers; works within prescribed processes and procedures; uses independent judgment; collaborates with management and peers across the Primary Care Organization.Conducts regular team meetings, facilitates 1x1 conversations and provides constant coaching and feedback in service better performance and employee growth. Assists Tele Sales agents with day to day concerns with clinics, markets, platforms, technology and prospects. Communicates with staff from other areas in the organization, ensures consistency in execution across team and holds team members accountable for following established policies.Use your skills to make an impactRequired Qualifications

Ability to review and monitor reports and ability to analyze trends and patterns with performance and cyclical inventory periods and events

Possess a strong attention to detail, sound critical thinking and follow up skills

Previous sales skills or experience

Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Ability to present data, concepts, processes, and ideas to teams and leadership

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of insurance processing or call center processes/practices

Develop strategies for adapting to a constantly changing workload or unforeseen situations

Ability to anticipate reporting needs and identify areas for improvement

Experience in the health care industry

Bachelor's Degree

Scheduled Weekly Hours40Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.$63,400 - $87,400 per yearThis job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
