Full time experience maintenance person for apartment building.

Must be good communicator by text and able to send photos.

Responsible for work orders and make readies.

Must be good at plumbing.

Must have tools.

Need to be capable of drywall repair, plumbing, electrical, lock changes etc.

Monday through Friday- Full time

$28/Hour
