CAD Drafter (Entry Level

Job Title: CAD DrafterJob DescriptionCAD Technicians will be drafting in proprietary drafting software that is on a Microstation Platform (IDDS/ICGS). CAD Technicians will be responsible for drafting updates/additions to customer's projects through completion of engineering plans/schematics. Responsibilities include entering data into the drafting system based on engineering field notes or sketches provided by customers, compiling reports (bill of materials, task list, etc.) in drafting software, combining drafted workprints to create a completed document package for delivery, making revisions/redlines to drafts as provided by quality control, plotting different utility poles and electrical lines for cities and towns, and communicating and working with field staff. This role requires the ability to work within a team to perform drafting and design tasks.Hard Skills
