We are looking for a smart, consultative, enthusiastic Senior Analyst who has a solid understanding in Workday Core HR and deep domain expertise with Workday HCM. How you’ll make an impact:
Partner with Edwards HR Solutions and HR Partners to create and support a technology enablement roadmap to support our global strategy that is inclusive of Workday and other HR applications.
Manage and maintain Time Tracking and Absence Management configuration and strategy.
Manage and maintain security configuration, strategy, roles, permissions and domains, including report security.
Manage and maintain core HCM configuration and strategy.
Collaborate with Edwards Global HR Partners to define complex Workday Core HCM process flows and sequence diagrams. Capture and document technical functional and non-functional requirements. Define acceptance criteria, create use cases and provide guidance to team members to perform acceptance testing.
Perform data mapping between business concepts and technical constructs.
Assess and enhance Workday Core HCM security, integrations, analytics / reporting, and data governance in collaboration with other HR functions globally and work with other HR systems.
Create custom reports. Analyze and synthesize data into business reports that can be distributed within HR, as well as to the business leaders.
Deep dive into systems issues and data sets to identify root causes and solutions.
Workday vendor relationship, including partnering with vendor on support, maintenance, patches, enhancements and upgrades.
Oversee testing of system for upgrades, and implementation of new system upgrades and interfaces with other systems and locations.
What you’ll need (required):
Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8 years of experience in HRIS, HR Tech, or HR Analytics
Highly skilled in Workday security, time tracking, absence management, reporting and Core HR
Prior exposure to Workday time tracking and/or absence management modules
What else we look for (preferred):
Workday HCM certification
Prior experience working through Workday integrations
Experience working with other Workday modules including but not limited to talent management, talent acquisition, payroll, etc.
Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Proven experience working in a complex and matrixed business environment in an analyst role.
Experience working in a global organization and partnering with different country HR teams.
Prior experience in a consulting environment helpful
Proven ability to build consensus and work effectively within a cross-departmental team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills; strict attention to detail
Proven expertise in usage of MS Office Suite and related HR systems
Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
Works autonomously within established procedures and practices
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and external contacts that may be at high levels, under general supervision
Ability to provide feedback in a professional, direct, and tactful manner

The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors (e.g., qualifications, education, prior experience).
