Data Entry Clerk
Description We are eager to bring on board a Data Entry Clerk to join our team in the Semi-Conductors and Electric Component Manufacturing industry located in Bloomington, Minnesota. This role provides an opportunity for those proficient in data management, particularly in Microsoft Excel and NetSuite, to contribute their skills in an on-site setting. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process data entries, particularly from Excel to NetSuite. Work with Supply Chain team to organize manufacturing schedules, report problems during transition. Translate procurement, purchasing data between systems. Assist in helping build functionality around materials and capacity planning. Ensure the accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks. Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions when required. Maintain an efficient system for data exchange. Resolve customer inquiries related to data entries in a timely manner. Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer records. Assist in the transition to NetSuite Perform standing and sitting tasks as needed in the role. Take pride in producing high-quality work to ensure data accuracy.Requirements Knowledgeable in computer data entry Familiarity with data entry and numeric data entry Proficiency in Microsoft Excel including the use of Excel Formulas Experience with NetSuite is desirable Ability to perform data entry tasks effectively Understanding of data exchange and data exploration concepts Open to individuals with varying levels of experience in the semi-conductors or electric component manufacturing industry Ability to adapt to new technologies and learn new software quickly Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent typing speed and efficiency Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
