Office Admin needed for a Natural Stone Company

Duties include:

Creating Estimates / Sales Orders - Invoicing

Credit Memos / Returns - Upon Approval from GM

A/R, Receiving Payments for Invoices, Bank Deposits

Assist with Product / Project Delivery schedule, Client Deliverables.

Packaging Samples and Tracking

Record all Inbound and Outbound Material in Warehouse –

Creating Delivery Receipts and Recording Inbound and Outbound Deliveries

Creating Labels for Inbound Material

Confirming and Document Accurate Inventory when material arrives

Answering Phones

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of office and bathroom

Ordering all Office Supplies, Paying Freight, and any other Vendors

Uploading of all Receipts to Folder

Maintaining an Organized Desktop on Computer

Shop Drawings as needed

Employee Time cards and Leave Forms

New Employee Paperwork

Execute solid packaging skills to mail out stone samples

Background in Bookkeeping and Strong Organization Skills Required
