This position will be full-time and hybrid.What You’ll Do
Team Leadership: Lead and manage multiple technical teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives
System Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance of custom .NET and SAP systems, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability
System Enhancements: Drive system enhancements and upgrades to meet evolving business needs and technological advancements
Operational Support: Ensure the systems support daily operational needs by providing timely and effective technical solutions
Project Management: Manage technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Quality Assurance: Implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical solutions
Performance Monitoring: Monitor system performance and implement improvements as necessary to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement
What You'll NeedRequired:
5-7 years of experience in team management within a technical environment
This position is based in Harrisburg, PA, with a hybrid work model that combines remote and on-site work
Strong technical background in supporting production applications, particularly with custom .NET and SAP systems
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage conflicts, and ensure team cohesiveness
Experience in managing technical projects, with a track record of successful project delivery
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Preferred:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
