Handyman Needed for Rental Property Repair/Upkeep

Handyman needed to repair, upkeep and minor remodeling, on rental property mainly in and around Charleston and St. Albans, WV.

Contract Position.

Must have your own basic tools, and transportation.

Looking for trustworthy candidate with good attitude, good communication skills and ability to keep track of to-do items, and follow directions.

Hourly rate depends on qualifications and speed/efficiency-$14.00-$20.00/Hour
