Building Maintenance Technician for Apartment Building

Building Maintenance Technician required for Property Management Company located in downtown Washington, D.C. Monday - Friday daytime shift with rotating weekend and emergency on-call hours. Some previous maintenance and/or HVAC/ plumbing experience is necessary. Qualified applicants will have knowledge of all areas of building maintenance, including apartment turnover, some electrical, HVAC and carpentry. Ability to prioritize jobs and good English language skills are a must.
