Experienced maintenance technician for Condo association in the Palm Bay. Wide range of building maintenance including property upkeep, sprinkler repair, cleaning, painting, pressure washing and misc. light maintenance duties as assigned. Must be a team player, highly productive and professional with ability to complete work in detail and be self motivated. Must have reliable transportation.
