Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a professional bakery setting
Proficiency in food preparation, including baking and pastry techniques
Demonstrated skills in cake decorating
Strong knife skills and knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
Previous experience in a restaurant or catering environment
Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
At least 5-10 years experience of bning a master baker
