Seniors Helping Seniors® matches active seniors with seniors who need help to remain living independently. We are currently seeking the best in-home, non-medical senior caregivers in the Novi, Farmington, Farmington Hills, Northville & Wixom area. Whether you want to work 8 hours per week or up to 35 hours per week, we can support your work-life balance.

Companionship, meal prep, minor housekeeping, and respite care for family members are ways in which you can make a difference. Seniors Helping Seniors® will match our employees with our clients that share things in common, such as former professions, hobbies, or upbringing to maximize social engagement.

We offer:

● Pay wages of $15 per hour

● Paid training for newly hired employees

● Flexible schedules with as little as 3 hours per week

Minimum requirements:

Mature individuals who consistently demonstrate patience, empathy, reliability, professionalism, a cheerful disposition, enthusiasm, and are personable. 50+ years old (helps with compatibility).

● Willingness to work harmoniously with staff, clients, and client’s family.

● Ability to sit, stand and move intermittently during working hours. Able-bodied is a must.

● Driver's license and insured auto
