Client Accounting Administrator
Job Overview:A Client Accounting Administrator is responsible for supporting the Client Accounting department in various capacities. The Administrator will proactively work with internal and external teams on continuous product and process improvement and support with system implementations and rollouts.This position is a critical and integrated member of the Client Accounting team. A successful candidate will have previous related user management, internal controls and the ability to function effectively in a fast- paced, high transaction processing environment.The position requires an individual who is ambitious, self-directed, and capable of working autonomously or with the broader leadership team to achieve the business and financial goals of the company.Compensation: $24.50-26.86/hrFirstService Residential will compensate the successful candidate in accordance with the posted range. The salary or wage paid to the successful candidate will be commensurate with experience, education, and specific job responsibilities. For positions designated at a client's property, the salary or wage will also be premised upon the client's directive. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.Job Responsibilities:
Creating and maintaining new and existing accounts for Avid, Share Point and Zendesk, platforms.
Serve as the point of contact for Avid, and other platforms to grant user access set limitations, permission, manage workflows, password resets, etc.
Serve as the system administrator, managing accounts, resetting passwords, managing users.
Avid Pay File Uploads (AZ, CA, NV)- Daily Task from Jenark to Avid
Rush Integration Files -Daily Task -SharePoint to Jenark
SharePoint Administrator (Granting and removing access)- AP Workflow
Avid Distribution Mismatch Reports (AZ, CA, & NV) Daily Task Avid
Avid AP Lead invoice change (can catch issues with workflows and vendors)- Daily Task
Manger ad-hod to Ap Lead to correct Avid errors
CA-AZ EMM GL/Takeovers/Turnovers/Email Requests- Daily Task
Transition team send update to SharePoint on type of utility payment type

Serve as the primary resource to answer all questions submitted to our National Help Desk regarding Avid user access permission, workflow management, and troubleshooting.
Setup of new communities in Avid and Jenark
Use independent judgment to resolve issues and provide guidance to team members and business partners.
Responsible for updating and reporting of operational metrics and key activities.
Serve as the point person for all terminating clients to ensure company receivables are paid prior to transitioning out.
Ensure that consistent policies and practices are being followed.
Demonstrate understanding of internal controls and segregation of duties requirements to drive implementation of best practices.
Interface directly with operational leaders to provide support and guidance related to system access and fraud mitigation.
Prepare and maintain procedures for specific job duties.
Liaison with IT and other departments on various projects, initiatives and process improvements impacting the Client Accounting functions.
Participate in special projects as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience:
High school degree or GED equivalent required.
1-2 years’ experience with system- related user management

This is a full time position with typical scheduled hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. May be required to work overtime as needed and approved by supervisor, including occasional evening meetings. Consistent and regular attendance required.What We Offer:
