We are currently seeking motivated Area Business Development Reps to focus on growing new B2B partnerships and maintaining client relationships. Each representative is assigned a designated territory with no overlap, ensuring full control of their area. Key duties include generating new leads, cold calling, scheduling meetings, enhancing existing client relationships, upselling current clients, and consistently achieving weekly sales goals. This role offers a competitive base salary with uncapped commission potential. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, disciplined, persuasive, and possess a “hunter” mentality, eager to exceed goals. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to build lasting business relationships are essential for success.

Requirements:

Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Prior B2B sales experience preferred
