Crowd Management at Alaska Airlines Center

Join the dynamic team at the Alaska Airlines Center (AAC) as a Crowd Management member. Located on the campus of The University of Alaska Anchorage, AAC is a stunning 196,000 square foot facility that seats up to 5,000 spectators. AAC is home to the UAA Seawolves Men’s and Women’s Basketball, Volleyball, and Gymnastics programs. In addition, the AAC hosts music superstars in concert, world class comedians, family shows, and corporate and community events that bring the community together. This part-time position is an essential part of creating memorable experiences for event attendees.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Overseeing the smooth ingress and egress of attendees

- Implementing emergency response protocols

- Ensuring strict adherence to venue and university policies

- Maintain safe environment for guests and staff

Minimum qualifications:

- Be at least 21 years old (age requirement to comply with state alcohol regulations).

- Active TAPS certification, or ability to get certification before first day of work.

- Hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
