An established accounting firm in the Woodland Hills area is seeking a proactive and energetic Part-Time Office Assistant to join our team. This position offers approximately 20 hours per week in a friendly and casual work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- QuickBooks data entry
- Conduct online research
- Assist with project and task tracking/organization
- Provide support with marketing activities
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of accounting and financial principles, with knowledge of QuickBooks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong internet research skills
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Trello)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
