Work with customers and service technicians/mechanics.

Create comprehensive quotes in specialized computer systems

Assist customers in understanding their vehicle’s maintenance needs

Schedule service appointments

Ensure high-quality customer service throughout the repair process

Translate complex vehicle issues into simpler language for customers

Help customers choose appropriate services based on their needs and budget

Interact with customers professionally

Keep customers informed about their vehicle’s status during repairs

Assist with ordering and locating vehicle parts, including hard-to-find parts

Contribute to managing the technician team, improving safety, efficiency, and productivity

Maintain stock of commonly used parts, such as tires, and handling parts orders
