Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Salon Manager at MONICA FOSTER SALON in Palo Alto, CA. The Salon Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily salon operations, managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, handling bookings and scheduling, and maintaining a clean and organized salon environment.

- Cosmetology and Hair Care expertise

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

- Experience in Hiring and Staff Management

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

- Knowledge of salon industry trends and products

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Previous experience as a Salon Manager or similar role is a plus
