Front & Back Office Medical Assistant - Mountain View

What We Offer Our Patients:
We offer a comprehensive range of preventive care services, including early detection of diabetes, liver fibrosis, heart disease, stroke, kidney disease, and cancer.
Our practice was the first in the world to offer the Galleri early-cancer-detection blood test.
We are committed to addressing the specific needs of South Asian patients who may be overlooked by traditional preventative care programs.
We provide COVID testing, treatment, and vaccinations. In the past year, we administered over 1,500 COVID vaccines and 900 influenza vaccines.
Additional Information About Our Practice:
Our spacious office is located in an upscale building near El Camino Hospital in Mountain View. The office boasts beautiful landscaping, a bright atrium, and a peaceful water feature near the entrance.
We do not offer gynecology services or pediatrics for children under 10 years old.
What Will You Do?
Preparing patient for exams and/or procedures
Vitals and rooming patients
Administering medications
Maintaining exam rooms
Maintaining medical supplies and inventory for rooms
Data entry into Electronic Health Record (EPIC)
Scanning and faxing
Insurance Authorizations and Referral Entry
Medical Record entry
Scheduling/Rescheduling Appointments
Requirements
Your Qualifications:
At least one year of experience with the Epic electronic health record system is strongly preferred.
You are passionate about preventive and chronic disease care and about providing the most effective treatment for acute medical conditions
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Compensation will be based on experience
Pay Scale/Ranges: $22.00-$30.00 per hour (and the hourly equivalent for salaried employees).
Employees actual pay rate will depend on a host of factors including, without limitation, job location, specialty, skillset, education, and experience. The pay scale/ranges shown are representative of the pay rates for the job title reflected above, but an employees actual pay rate will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
