Forklift Driver

Select Staffing has a great opportunity for a Forklift Drivers in Oxnard, Camarillo, Santa Paula.

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 DOE

Hours: Morning or Afternoon shifts available

Temp to Hire opportunities

Monday to Friday (some overtime and weekends)

Stand up Forklift

Sit down Forklift

Forklift Operator responsibilities

Operate forklift or other hand truck

Use wireless RF scanning equipment to ensure accuracy of inventory

Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company

Perform cycle counts as required

Pick, wrap and stage orders to be shipped

Inspect and perform maintenance of forklifts and other material handling equipment

Identify safety hazards in the workplace

Consolidate partial pallets for incoming goods

Unloads inbound shipments (Finished Goods and Components)

Requirements

1+ years’ experience operating powered forklifts (past certification)

Knowledge of various material-handling equipment an asset

Proficient in mathematics

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations

Possess a high regard for safety in the workplace

Able up to lift 50 pounds unassisted

Valid driver’s license.

Background and drug test are required before starting.
