Office Assistant Position Opening:
Should have strong organizational abilities, communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
They should also be adaptable, able to multitask, and have good problem-solving skills.
The following is required:
GREAT work ethic.
Experience in reading building plans, or estimating background is a plus.
Organizational skills will be a TOP PRIORITY.
Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Clerical Skills.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills by phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines under pressure
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Strong computer skills; MS Office, Excel and Internet search engines
English/Spanish
Reliable, Puntual
This is a full time position.
Working hours: 7am to 4:00pm Mon-Friday.
