Maintenance Mechanic

Full time and Part Time positions available for maintenance workers needed by Property Management Company to help maintain multiple residential properties in Palm Beach County. Applicant must have a reliable vehicle and able to communicate in English. All Properties are located from Lantana north to Palm Beach Gardens. Pay based on skill level and experience. Work Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturdays when needed.

Some job duties would include:

Pressure washing - Homes, driveways, patios and walkways

Painting - prep, interior and exterior spraying and rolling, trim work

Flooring - Tile repairs, grouting and laying new laminate flooring

Landscaping - lawn maintenance, weed whacking, edging, tree trimming, spraying and pulling weeds

Irrigation repairs - repair damaged heads, relocate heads and adjust time clocks

Fencing - Repair fencing and install new

Minor plumbing - replace toilet wax rings, replace faucets, install shower heads

Minor electric - replace outlets and switches, install ceiling lights and fans

Carpentry - install and repair doors, base and case

Cabinetry - Install new kitchen cabinets and vanities

Drywall repairs and texture

Paver repairs - level pavers and install new pavers

Repairing or making new screens

Troubleshoot AC issues
