Position: F&B CoordinatorDepartment: Food & BeverageReports to: Director of Food & Beverage FLSA Status: Full-time, Hourly, Non-ExemptSummary: ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate opening for Food & Beverage Coordinator at the Peoria Civic Center. The F&B Coordinator assists the F&B managers with administrative functions including staff scheduling, payroll functions, event financial data collection and reporting. Work location is on-site at the Peoria Civic Center in Peoria, Illinois; remote work is not available. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Compiles event catering expense data for submission to Finance in a timely manner.

Participates in meetings with clients to determine food & beverage needs.

Enters work schedules for hourly F&B staff into the scheduling system.

Maintains electronic timecards for hourly F&B staff, making accurate and timely edits prior to closing payroll.

Communicates payroll concerns to the Payroll Clerk and assists with troubleshooting issues.

Assists with month-end inventory process and reporting.

Communicates with NPO’s on contracts and coordinates event schedules.

Other duties as assigned.

Experience with MS Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook required.

Business administration background preferred.

Skill and Abilities:

Professional communication skills, written and verbal, with English fluency.

Highly organized work habits.

Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and protection of proprietary data and methods.

Computer Skills:

Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

PowerPoint experience is a plus.

Experience with catering and inventory tracking software preferred.

Other Qualifications:

Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed for physical inventory and events, including some evenings, weekends.
