Structural Designer

Join our team as a Structural Designer and take the next step in your structural engineering career! We are looking for a highly motivated individual eager to grow and apply their knowledge in structural analysis, design of steel, concrete, masonry, and wood structures. This entry-level position offers a fantastic opportunity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic engineering team.

Key Responsibilities Include:

- Assist engineers with analysis, design, and drafting tasks.

- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance.

- Prepare engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.

- Create detailed technical reports, calculations, and analytical models.

- Engage in construction administration, including reviewing shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and performing field observations.

- Communicate effectively with other engineers, clients, and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

- An Associate's degree in Structural Engineering or a related field is required; a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering is preferred.

- 0-5 years of experience in Structural Engineering.

- Proficiency in CAD and structural analysis software (experience with Revit is a plus).

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Excellent planning and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.

- Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

- Highly motivated, proactive, and willing to take on new challenges.

This position is designed for an emerging engineer capable of handling tasks of varying technical complexity. You will receive mentoring and oversight, allowing you to develop your technical skills while contributing to exciting projects. This is an on-site position. Compensation will be based on experience.
