Construction Administrative Assistant
Our busy Custom-Building company is looking for an administrative assistance that will assist the office manager, estimator, project managers and owner with the daily tasks. Fast passed environment requires the ability to pivot when situations arise the require immediate attention and return to the previous task without missing a beat. Previous construction office experience is helpful but not required, great communication skills are necessary. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
Duties Include:
Answer and directing calls
Provide administrative support to office manager, estimator, project managers and owner
Prepare and organize project forms and paperwork.
Coordinate deliveries and project schedules.
Documentation management – digital and paper
Assist with project coordination.
Light bookkeeping duties
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills, both digital and paper
Proficient in MS office (Excell, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Looking for someone that is eager to learn and grow within the company.
Works well with others but can also works well independently.
