Light Maintenance Needed

Maintenance needed including minor electrical (replacing outlets, sockets, smoke and CO2 detectors and light fixtures), minor plumbing including but not limited too fixing toilet seats, lose toilets, loose pipes; replacing locks, doors, door frames, handrails, fixing closet doors, replacing refrigerator and range components and drywall repairs.
