Wonderful caregiver needed (light), in trade for studio rental

Our family is looking for a caregiver with a medical background, for our parents. Specifically for my mom who is battling dementia. They live in a large home with a studio attached. At the moment, care giving needs would be light.

And would include: possibly light housekeeping, occasional vitals, rides every so often if absolutely needed, checking on my mom to make sure she’s eating, making sure they have frozen foods stalked. Possibly making a meal throughout the week. Or be there in case of emergency.

This is PART TIME. Will pay accordingly when needs arise. But for now, rent and electricity will be taken care of.

Please have experience, medical background, knowledge of nutrition, absolutely no smoking or vaping. Please be healthy, with hobbies & will ask for references.

The studio: has a shower with a skylight. Oak floors, kitchen, bed, table . Will send pictures soon.

Location is River Road area, near chambers. Beautiful area. 1/4 mile from the Ruth Basken bike and walking path along the willamette river.

They were avid golfers and are independent minded. Very kind people. The adjustment to change are always difficult.
