MAINTENTANCE, CARPENTER

Hi, I am looking for a highly skilled carpenter, maintenance person to manage my rental properties. You must have your own reliable transportation and tools. The hours and pay are very negotiable. You must do exactly what you are required to do. I have multiple projects at all times and i do not want to micro manage anyone.
