Catering Company with over 3 decades of experience and repeat clients is in need of good hands for event prep/ and event execution. Looking for prep staff who can follow recipes and follow instructions.

Know how to prep, plate, buffet set up platters, cold and hot.

Event Presentation Cooking is a must.

From Grilling / Saute / Carving / BBQ / all theme menus for live active stations.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must have food handler certificate.

Must come in Chef Uniform ( clean and appropriate uniforms).

Prep is done in our kitchens and events are all over Southern Ca.

We go to San Diego / Las Vegas / San Francisco and further.

We cater at all the top Hotels and venues all over Souther Ca.
