Relocation opportunity

Luxury Short term rental company is looking for a dynamic team to run the show!

We have 10+ Luxury Multi million dollar properties in Monterey, Carmel and Pebble beach and are looking for someone that can take us to the next level with day to day operations, marketing and overall improvement.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee the day to day cleanings and turns of every home, ensuring properties are stocked and perfect prior to check in

2. Walking homes daily, checking mails, maintenance issues

3. Excellent communication skills must be detail oriented and be able to communicate often

4. Marketing, we want someone that can make us even better both with our listings, home binders etc

5. Oversee our Turo Vehicle fleet of 7 Vehicles

Willing to pay relocation fees for the right go getter

BONUS points if you have a High school student whom is outstanding at Football and can transfer up here
