Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for an Office Manager in Reno, Nevada. As an integral part of our Commercial Property Management team, the Office Manager will oversee daily operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership.Responsibilities Oversee the organization and replenishment of office supplies to ensure a well-stocked and efficient workspace. Manage incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring timely delivery and receipt. Coordinate the scheduling of conference rooms and catering for office meetings. Handle inbound calls, providing customer service and routing calls as necessary. Assist senior leadership in preparing and managing contracts. Utilize MS Office to create executive presentations and maintain accurate office records. Coordinate travel arrangements and executive meetings as needed. Maintain office supplies, ensuring availability and timely replenishment. Leverage skills in PowerPoint Presentation to communicate office updates and initiatives effectively. Act as the key point of contact for executive leadership, providing support and managing correspondence. Requirements Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role as an Office Manager Proficiency in using MS Office, including advanced PowerPoint presentation skills Experience in executive leadership, attending and organizing executive meetings, and preparing executive presentations Demonstrated ability in coordinating travel arrangements and meetings Expertise in ordering and maintaining office supplies Familiarity with handling contracts and related administrative tasks Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proven problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges High attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in all tasks.
