They invest in early stage tech organizations.Job Summary: We are looking for an accomplished Senior Accountant specializing in fund accounting. This position is crucial for overseeing the financial operations of our investment funds, guaranteeing precise and timely financial reporting, and upholding exceptional standards of financial integrity. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all elements of fund accounting, such as the preparation and revision of financial statements, capital call notices, and distribution calculations.

Guarantee precise and punctual delivery of financial reports to stakeholders, including Limited Partners.

Manage daily accounting operations for multiple funds, ensuring continual reconciliations.

Liaise with external auditors and tax advisors to comply with regulations and ensure audits and tax submissions are completed on schedule.

Enhance and sustain internal controls and accounting procedures.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA designation is preferred.

At least 5 years of accounting experience, specifically in fund accounting.

Additional experience in tax, audit, or venture capital is beneficial.

Solid knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Keen attention to detail with the capacity to operate independently in a remote setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
