Latitude 29 Hiring Host, Servers, and Bartenders

Latitude 29 is hiring a host, servers, and bartenders as we enter our busiest time of the year. We are a world famous Tiki cocktail experience located in a boutique hotel right off Canal Street. We pay weekly, offer a free meal and tiki beverage every shift, allow for flexible scheduling, and offer a full-time workload on 4 days per week.

Hosts are responsible for seating and mapping the dining room to be the most advantageous for business as well as the guests. Hosts also help bus and reset tables, and take to-go orders for customers when necessary. We pay $13-$15 an hour plus tips. Please have prior relevant experience managing a dining room and working with reservations.

Bartenders and servers make $7 an hour plus tips which are pooled among all FOH staff. our kitchen is not included in tipshare. Being a pooled FOH we expect everyone to work hard and arrive on time, as we do not over-schedule so you can make money, as well as the business. Bartenders and servers are encouraged to have previous high end cocktail knowledge. Interest in Tiki is a huge plus.
