Capital Maintenance Tech (HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing) – Property ManagementWe are looking for an experienced Capital Maintenance Technician to manage the maintenance of apartment complexes and extended-stay hotels. This role focuses on maintaining and repairing HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in large multi-unit properties.Key Responsibilities:System Maintenance: Install, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in apartment complexes and extended-stay hotels.Preventive & Emergency Repairs: Perform routine maintenance to prevent issues and respond quickly to emergencies.Property Operations: Manage industrial-scale systems and work with property managers to minimize disruptions.Troubleshooting: Diagnose and fix system problems using industrial tools and schematics.Safety & Compliance: Ensure work complies with safety regulations and building codes.Vendor Coordination: Work with outside contractors for larger or specialized projects.Inventory Management: Keep track of parts and tools for maintenance and repairs.Customer Service: Communicate with residents and guests to resolve maintenance issues promptly.Qualifications:Industrial Experience: Background in maintaining large-scale HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems in apartments or hotels.Certifications: Required licenses for HVAC, electrical, or plumbing work.Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and repair complex issues.Physical Stamina: Able to lift and move heavy equipment.Team Player: Work well with others and independently.Safety Knowledge: Familiarity with safety protocols and compliance.If you have experience in industrial property maintenance and are skilled in HVAC, electrical, and plumbing, we encourage you to apply!Please apply online with The Neiders Company at: https://theneiderscompany.rippling-ats.com/job/855738/capital-maintenance-technician?s=cl
