Type: Part-time, and as needed (either 4 hours, twice a week, or 8 hours once a week, preferably between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm)

What We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking someone with a knack for getting things done efficiently, who’s comfortable taking on a wide range of tasks—from minor repairs to errands around town. You’ll need a reliable vehicle, auto insurance, and some common sense to handle various tasks with care and precision. Ideal candidates will have a practical, down-to-earth attitude and be someone we can trust to get the job done right the first time.
Responsibilities Include:
Handyman Tasks
Help move items and transport them
Take the car for a wash or oil change
Pick up a trailer and properly hook it up
Specialized cleaning (clean hard-to-reach windows, steam clean carpets, etc.)
Take out the trash to the roll-off
Assist with minor tasks around the property (move boxes, organize spaces)
Errands (see examples below):
Take Amazon returns to the UPS Store
Drop off and pick up laundry or dry cleaning
Handle shopping runs
Research and recommend vendors or products (having an eye for quality is a big plus)
Bonus Skills (Preferred, but not required):
Change out a light switch or deadbolt
Hang heavy pictures using the right tools
Use an extension ladder safely
General handyman skills that show you’ve been around the block and can handle things with confidence
Requirements:
Must have a vehicle and auto insurance
Must be detail-oriented, and be able to prove prior experience
Comfortable with physical tasks, like moving items or hooking up a trailer
An individual with the know-how to handle both practical tasks and small errands independently
Hours & Pay:
8 hours per week minimum (either 4 hours, twice a week, or 8 hours once a week, preferably between the hours of 10:00am and 6:00pm)
Pay is hourly, plus mileage and expenses (open to discussion based on experience and availability).
