We are looking for someone who has experience with artisan breads; experience with production, mixing bread dough, bench work, and some baking. Experience with laminated doughs is a plus but not a requirement. We are also considering someone with food experience with motivation to learn.

Skill Sets we are interested in: familiarity/knowledge with bread production using natural levain, working with laminated doughs and oven work, hand skills in dividing and forming doughs.

We are looking for someone with experience but would be willing to train the right candidate who is looking for long-term work.

This is for a full time, year round position - A pleasant working environment and Vermont's first artisan bread bakery.

We are looking for someone who is punctual, detail oriented, good team workers and self motivated. Must be able to work well in a team and have good communication skills. We strive to create a respectful, professional environment and take pride in delivering a high quality, consistent product to our customers.

About Us: O Bread Bakery is located on a 1,400 acre working farm and National Historic landmark in Shelburne, Vermont. We are a family owned and operated artisan bakery. Since 1977, we have been making European-style breads with organic ingredients and nurturing a respectful and creative work environment.
