Access Operations and Data Coordinator
Performs a variety of coordination activities associated with ambulatory access operations initiatives. Works closely with Access Program Coordinators to organize scope, resources, timelines, external stakeholders, and communications for multiple projects. Develops comprehensive plans for implementation through maintenance and/or completion. Monitors progress of new and ongoing initiatives and provides updates to leadership on status.
Organize initiatives into doable actions and set timeframes
Collaborate across access and other departments as needed to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
Assist with task tracking
Make sure that internal and external stakeholder needs are met as projects evolve
Contribute to analysis of risks and opportunities
Monitor progress of work streams and handle any issues that arise
Act as the back-up point of contact and communicate updates to all participants
Work with the Program Coordinators to remove barriers

Position Compensation Range: $21.10 - $32.71 HourlyMINIMUM REQUIREMENTSEducation: Bachelor’s degree.Experience: 1 year of relevant experience.Licensure: None.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThis is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers.
