American Beauty is opening soon @ The Grove! We are looking for skilled and committed Servers / Bartenders / Runners / Bussers / Hosts who are eager to be part of all the challenges and rewards of opening a restaurant.
Our first location on Rose Ave in Venice innovates the genre, focusing on chef driven product and technique, uniquely curated and crafted drinks, all served in a highly designed yet casual dining room, horseshoe bar, and lush patio. American Beauty is committed to being an important part of the neighborhood and we are excited to soon join the Fairfax community.

Time: 12pm – 4pm each day

Competitive wages per hour including tips
Servers / Bartenders: $35 - $40
Hosts: $22- $26
Runners / Bussers : $20 - $24
QUALIFICATIONS:
2-3 years of experience in a full service environment that values product sourcing and quality
Knowledge of our menus including ingredients, techniques and appropriate pairings
Committment to creating a memorable dining experience for our guests
Desire to collaborate with a team and contribute to a positive and productive work environment
Following standards including food safety, portioning, recipes, and consistency
Have an active Food Handler’s Certificate
