Lead Barista to Manage Coffee Bar w/ Drive-thru

Seeking a dedicated, knowledgeable Barista to Manage our Coffee Bar with drive-through.

Co-Located with a Full Service Restaurant, and benefiting from local regulars, we need a professional "morning person" to bring sunshine to the daily commute and weekly coffee clutches in our small mountain town.

Duties include:

>Prep & serve per order coffee drinks, smoothies and other beverages, pastries and other food menu items.

>Hire, manage & schedule staff.

>Update Menus, Menu Board & Point of Sale system.

>Inventory & Orders.

>Maintain Clean facility.

>Design, prepare and promote specials.

> Prefer some Social Media savvy.

Work with Restaurant Manager & Breakfast Chef for cooperative operations.

Hourly Pay + Tips; Profit Sharing Bonus options.
