Server Assistant

Saigon Sisters Restaurant is seeking an experienced Server Assistant to join our team for our upscale-casual dinner service in the West Loop. We are looking for a dynamic, polished individual who is a self-starter with a strong emphasis on service and attention to detail. To apply, please email your resume. Responsibilities include:

Tech-savviness is a must

Providing exceptional customer service

Maintaining a high standard of cleanliness to ensure a spotless and welcoming environment for guests

Serve guests with friendliness and efficiency, following service steps and clearing tables for positive experiences

Record orders accurately, process payments, and balance sales/receipts meticulously

Supporting the owner and culinary team

Assisting the lead server in ensuring guest satisfaction

Coordinating communication between the lead server and kitchen team
