Join our growing business as an organized self-starter who enjoys building relationships with your team and customers. Enjoy flexible business hours and possibly some remote working. We will train as needed.

Responsibilities:

Manage resident relations issues, which include taking resident phone calls, requests, and concerns.

Assist with rent collections, late notices, and posting rent.

Update workflow calendar and keep deadlines.

Meet with clients and give property tours.

Assist with acquiring property licenses and legal documents.

Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Some knowledge of Drop Box a plus.

Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely and organized manner.

Reliable transportation a must.
