Property Maintenance Tech

Baystone Property Management is looking to hire an Experienced Property Maintenance Technician for its small family run business in the Concord NH area to help manage a portfolio of approximately 72 apartment units in Concord, Hopkinton, Henniker, and Andover.

Ideal candidate should also have experience in carpentry, property maintenance, heating, electrical and plumbing. EPA license a plus.

Ability to replace kitchen cabinets, install vinyl plank flooring, paint, all without direct supervision.

Valid driver's license required. Clean criminal record. Willing to be on call, including 24 hr as needed.

Must have good communication skills and respond to tenants and vendors in a prompt, courteous and professional manner.

Full Time Employment with generous discount on HOUSING if needed. All tools will be provided.
