Seeking an experienced, reliable, punctual friendly person for small owned handyman company office.

Week Days Monday-Friday Pay is commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities include:

-Answering Telephone calls / Accepting work orders for jobs

- Letting Owner know when work orders come in

-We work with many Retail Stores

-Billing / Creating invoices and sending them to appropriate company emails via Email (we will teach you how)

-Marking Paid invoices on computer system

-Following up on Past Due invoices
