Grand Brasserie is hiring for all the front of house positions!

GRAND BRASSERIE - OPEN CALL

Every day 9 am to 11am and 3pm to 5pm

We are seeking an experienced and passionate team member who will play a crucial role in the successful daily operations of our new 400-seat French brasserie located in Grand Central Station. This bustling establishment will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, catering to commuters, tourists, and local diners alike.

We are located inside Grand Central Terminal in the Vanderbilt Hall, please use the entrance on 42nd street under the Park Avenue bridge for the best entrance!

Physical Demands:

Ability to stand for extended periods and move continuously during shifts

Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds

Dexterity to handle glassware, bottles, and bar equipment safely
