gifting, date-of-death valuations, and distributions. With our headquarters in Santa Barbara and

Los Angeles, we are excited to announce the opening of our new regional office in Hickory, NC,

aimed at servicing the Eastern United States.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Regional Account Representative at EVP Systems in Hickory,

NC. The Regional Account Representative will be responsible for building and maintaining

relationships with key clients, understanding and enhancing client processes, engaging in

proactive outreach to potential clients, and collaborating closely with Support and Development

departments. Additionally, the role includes arranging and participating in client visits alongside

the company President several days each month.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients through regular contact to understand their processes, gather feedback, and gain insights for product improvement.

Distribute internal client relations highlights to colleagues to ensure company-wide alignment and awareness.

Monitor and analyze client activity through daily revenue reports and support logs to identify patterns, problems, and opportunities, and communicate significant trends across the company.

Conduct research on bank trust and tax software for potential integration and partnership opportunities.

Work with a graphic artist to develop marketing materials.

Write and coordinate copy for marketing materials.

Identify and manage advertising opportunities.

Plan and participate in trade shows.

Measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and trade show efforts.

Maintain and update social media platforms, ensuring effective communication in a digital environment.

Research competitors and potential partners to keep EVP Systems at the forefront of industry trends.

Generate, follow up on leads, and schedule visits to clients and prospects from various sources, including trade shows, advertising, and social media, to build relationships and close deals.

Collaborate closely with Account Representatives, Support, and Development teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and product development.

Plan and execute client and prospect visits, ensuring a strategic approach to relationship building and sales.

Qualifications
