Screen Print Machine Operator - Enjoy 3 day weekends!

Enjoy 3-day weekends with this exciting opportunity! Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading apparel production company located in Detroit Lakes, MN. We are seeking candidates for Screen Print Operator roles on the 1st and 2nd shift. Compensation for these opportunities is $16.00 per hour. for 1st shift and $18.00 per hour for 2nd shift. What a Screen Print Operator will do:

-Access order specifications through computer programs

-Maintain acceptable standard of quality per garment

-Keep work area clean and orderly

-Organize workflow

-Identify problems and works to resolve safety issues as they occur in accordance with OSHA standards

-Unload shirts from platen

-Analyze orders to identify design and determine ink colors

-Verify quality of clothing and ink design or thread/fabric color

-Change screens and ink for specific orders

What you need to be a Screen Print Operator:

-High school education desirable, but not required

-Tablet or computer experience is preferred

-Ability to work well in a team

-Detail oriented and self-motivated

-Must be reliable, responsible and take direction well

-Must be able to perform repetitive tasks for several hours

-Ability to be stand for 8-10 hours a day with or without reasonable accommodation

-Previous production experience preferred, but not required
