Senior Lead Commercial Banking Relationship Manager

Focus on intentional EMM customer selection to grow the business
Employ customer contact strategies focused on generating complete C&I relationships (if in a specialty banking group other areas of focus may apply)
Engage in proactive customer contact activities aligned with MMB Standards of Care
Acquire, deepen, and retain customer relationships through a disciplined approach to customer outreach
Build complete, cross product relationships with core C&I customers
Develop complete customer relationships where Wells Fargo is the primary/sole bank
Add value to customer relationships by delivering proactive strategic guidance, insights and thought leadership
Fully leverage CRM to manage customer and prospect relationships
Create and maintain complete relationship records for customers
Record calling and customer engagement activity timely and accurately
Maintain a disciplined approach to pipeline management
Engage and consult with partner groups to recommend best fit solutions
Build strong, collaborative internal partnerships
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Commercial Banking Relationship Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Commercial account relationship management experience
Established network in local and surrounding areas
Existing local in-market network to fuel business development
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of core banking products: deposits, commercial credit, and treasury
Credit acumen demonstrated through education
Experience with moderately complex credit and debt structure
Comprehensive experience in negotiating interest rates, price, terms, and collateral requirements
Sales pipeline management experience
Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Risk Management
Experience consistently delivering strong sales performance
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Effective time management and organization skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and works independently with minimal supervision
Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with internal partners
Bachelor and/or Masters degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time

Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location.
