RESTAURANT MANAGER - FULL TIME - ONSITEBeaverton location (not N. Williams location)3205 SW Cedar Hills Blvd., Beaverton, OR 97005 $70,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience Join us for a Happy Good Time! Kayo’s Ramen is looking for talented RESTAURANT MANAGERS who can lead our talented team. Clear path for growth and development Performance bonuses Schedule: Full-Time Availability We are seeking individuals who can work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays mainly on the restaurant floor and to perform limited back office administrative work We’re Looking for Managers that have the following: 2+ years of high-volume restaurant or foodservice management experience Strong coach – gives effective feedback, grows the team every day through high energy and motivation Organized – deadline-oriented and focused on driving results Ready to master every position in the restaurant before trying to teach someone else; be coachable and open-minded Cares about people – builds relationships with guests and team members Humble – eager to learn Experience with managing a large team both FOH and BOH; English and Spanish speakers Proficient with restaurant software (Toast POS, inventory, scheduling) Comfortable in the kitchen, skilled at ordering & inventory About Kayo’s Ramen: We were founded with the vision to offer delicious Japanese flavors through ramen to our friends in the greater Portland area.
