Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist

TEKsystems is looking to hire a Consumer Loan Servicing Specialist to work with one of the largest, rapidly growing banks in the Midwest!

Pay: $20.00-$22.00/hour

Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm

In-office position: office located in Westerville, OH

Job Description:

Work a pipeline of pending servicing transfers

Review and utilize reports to reconcile loans pending for servicing transfer

Reconciling to determine what changed and what needs addressed

Ensure bank has received money required for purchasing advices

Analyze data/dollar amounts to prepare entries for review

Send out regulatory notices to borrowers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Solid understanding of debit and credits

Knowledge of Escrow is a big plus

Knowledge of mortgage loan servicing is preferred

Excellent written communication skills

Organized/detail oriented

Problem-solver

Reliable/ability to work in-office
