DESCRIPTIONWe are looking for a talented Senior Scrum Master to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our Corporate in Columbus, IN.Job Summary:Servant leader and coach for multiple cross-functional agile teams. Expert in all Agile activities (e.g., Scrum, Kanban and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)) to aid multiple teams in delivering solutions. RESPONSIBILITIESTo be successful in this role, you will need the following:
Lean/Agile Leadership : Establish and promote lean/agile leadership principles, assisting Product Owners in identifying measurable business outcomes across multiple teams.
Scrum Expertise : Utilize your expertise in Scrum practices, including estimation and prioritization, to guide and coach team members on agile techniques.
Servant Leadership : Provide developmental feedback and lead by example, fostering an environment of mutual respect, cooperation, transparency, and autonomy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration : Leverage cross-functional resources and document team learnings to enhance the success of all teams involved.
Agile Adoption and Improvement : Drive the adoption of agile practices, bridging the gap between theory and practice, and continuously improving processes.
Metrics and Documentation : Establish and monitor key agile metrics, ensuring all solution documentation is complete and up to the Definition of Done.
Team Support and Impediment Removal : Support team rules and norms, protect the team from outside interference, and remove or find personnel to remove impediments.
Planning and Relationship Management : Plan and monitor team budgets, conduct research and analysis, and develop strong relationships to deliver business value using Business Relationship Management practices.
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required.
Agile Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or Safe Scrum Master Certification (SSM) and Safe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) certifications are highly preferred.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience:Experience working in a software development organization and in an Agile environment as a scrum master demonstrating knowledge and practical experience of the Lean methodology, principles and tools are highly preferred.QUALIFICATIONSTools : JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Suite

Responsibilities on the train – The Scrum Master helps coordinate inter-team cooperation and helps the team operate well on the train.
The Scrum Master supports the team’s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other teams. They frequently represent the team in the Scrum of Scrums (SoS), Dependency management, helping the team remain aware of opportunities to engage and improve program effectiveness. They also often help the team build effective relationships? with the System Team, User Experience, Architecture, and Shared Services.Supports SAFe adoption – The Scrum Master supports the overall adoption of SAFe across the enterprise by coaching stakeholders and other non-agile teams on effective interactions with agile teams, participating in the Scrum Master Community of Practice, and supporting the organization’s SPCs. Facilitate the Inspect and Adapt problem solving and provide metrics data on team performance to the organization.The Scrum Master works with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to help the team contribute towards improving the overall development Value Stream. Assists the team in preparation for ART activities, including PI Planning, System Demos, and the Inspect and Adapt.
